The Akdağmadeni Ziraat Bank building stands on Sivas Street in the Ahisavi neighborhood — a rectangular, two-storey structure built of marble and cut stone. The front facade retains much of its original character, while the other facades and interior have been plastered and painted over time. The ground floor has two separate entrances, one leading directly into the ground level and the other up to the first floor, with eight windows along the ground-floor facade. The upper floor features two projecting bay windows (cumba), each supported by a pair of scrolled brackets, topped with triangular pediments centered on a round window. At the rear of the building lies a garden with a rectangular ornamental pool.
Built during the Republican era to serve the region's agricultural economy, the building was among the district's first branch offices of Ziraat Bankası (the Agricultural Bank) and still functions as an active bank branch today. Combining neoclassical elements with local stone craftsmanship, its bay-windowed upper floor and garden pool make it a notable example of early Republican public and commercial architecture in Akdağmadeni.
