Bağrıbütün Kavunu is a local melon variety native to Aydıncık district in Yozgat, known for a flavor profile that sits somewhere between banana and melon. The fruit's name comes from the way its seeds cling together inside, forming large, egg-sized clusters that stay "whole-hearted" (bağrı bütün) rather than separating.
